I loved how close the hotel was to Chion-in, just a lovely 10-minute stroll away, and the nearby Heian Shrine park offered beautiful scenery for weekend walks. the whole area really allowed me to soak up Kyoto's charm.

The Superior Apartment at Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi was perfect for our family stay! It had a spacious layout with two large beds and a kitchen area, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. It’s right by public transport. The washing machine and bathroom dryer were super convenient too!

The internet is painfully slow!!! There’s nowhere to hang towels and storage options are limited. Consider investing in some essential kitchen utensils for higher convenience. The remote check-in process feels odd and impersonal!!!

The overall communication was smooth, and my request for an iron and ironing board was quickly fulfilled.
